We are excited to welcome the community back for the 2026 Upstate Strut for Childhood Cancer on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Milliken Arboretum. Join us as we run, walk, and rally together to support local children battling cancer and the families who stand beside them.

Last year, the Upstate Strut for Childhood Cancer raised more than $65,000 to benefit Upstate children through Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas.

This cross-country fun run and 5K race helps children like Maci, pictured here, who are fighting the toughest battles of their lives. Let’s show up, move our bodies, and rally together in support of these strong and brave children!

There will be trophies for Most Spirited Team, Largest Team, Top 3 Finishers Team, and Top Fundraising Team awarded after the race!

Prizes will be awarded for Top 3 Male and Female Overall and Top Male & Female Age Group (0-16, 17-34, 35-54, 55-69, 70+).
