The holidays are a special time, filled with magic for kids; and for children with cancer, it is no different! Celebrating the Holiday Season is a Children’s Cancer Partners tradition. The holidays are an even more special, and sometimes bittersweet, time for families facing a childhood cancer diagnosis — holidays may be spent in the hospital, away from home, without siblings, and without all the traditions the holiday magic can bring. And, sadly, for some families battling childhood cancer; it may be the last holiday that a holiday memory can be made with the entire family present. That’s why Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas puts on the Holiday Spectacular! We have two parties, one in North Carolina and one in South Carolina, to accommodate our children and families in both states we serve.
