Giving Days 2022

You have the power to help a local child who is battling cancer with
a gift to Children’s Cancer Partners.

Kick off the holiday season by celebrating local
non-profits and charitable organizations

As you know, Children’s Cancer Partners helps children diagnosed with cancer and
their families across the Carolinas by providing funds for travel, food, lodging and
other support. Last year, Children’s Cancer Partners reimbursed 1,720,165 auto
miles and funded 838 hotel stays as families traveled to 11 states outside of the
Carolinas for life saving pediatric cancer treatment. This year it expects to assist
an estimated 8,000 children, caregivers, and siblings.

How much should you spend on the gift you give to help a child? As much as you
can afford, knowing that $1,500 is the typical year-long cost for in-state treatment
travel…$500 covers hotel and meal costs at a distant specialized care center in NY,
TX or beyond … and $100 pays for gas and parking for an outpatient
chemo or radiation visit.

By giving to Children’s Cancer Partners, you are ensuring that we are able to
provide immediate and comprehensive support to children battling
cancer in the Carolinas.
