Founded in 2022, the High Hopes Golf Tournament raises vital funds to support families facing pediatric cancer. What began as their first-ever event has grown into a heartfelt tradition, fueled by community generosity and a shared commitment to bring hope to children and families in need. Learn more!

Hosted by The Scuba Shop, the Underwater Checkers Tournament is a unique and fun-filled fundraiser that makes a real impact for children with cancer.

 

 

Launched in 2025 by Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas and the Childhood Cancer Optimist Club, the Beer Trail fundraiser invites the Grand Strand community to explore local microbreweries while raising funds for children battling cancer in Horry and Georgetown counties. Throughout September, each participating brewery donates $1 from every featured pint to help CCP provide travel, lodging, meals, and support for families accessing life-saving treatment.

Organized by Members Credit Union in partnership with Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas, the “Be the Hero – No One Fights Alone” campaign rallies members and staff to support children battling cancer. In its first two years, the summer fundraiser raised over $75,000 for life-saving treatment and support services, with the 2025 campaign aiming to surpass $100,000 in total giving.

Swing for Hope is a student-led golf tournament uniting junior female golfers from all Spartanburg County Public High School teams to support children and families battling cancer. Founded on the belief that young people can make a difference, the event showcases the talent, dedication, and leadership of these athletes while raising funds for Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas.

This annual culinary competition unites local chefs and grilling enthusiasts in a flavorful battle for the title of Sumter’s Best Burger. Guests enjoy creative sliders while supporting the fight against childhood cancer, with event proceeds benefiting Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas. 

By creating, hosting, and sharing a fundraiser, you are giving Carolina children that are battling cancer hope for a better tomorrow. They will be able to receive the lifesaving treatment they deserve.
